RETURNS
Our return policy expires 14 days after the item is delivered. Once the 14th day has ended, unfortunately we are not able to accept your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or washed is not eligible to be returned/refunded/exchanged.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds and exchanges will be conducted on a case by case basis and is the sole discretion of Jasana LLC. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, please contact us at customerservice@jasanatees.com prior to returning the item. Items returned prior to authorization, will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once authorization is given, please return item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is highly suggested that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, therefore we cannot assume responsibility.
